The development comprises the replacement of an existing concrete multi-storey car park to provide 1100 car parking spaces, together with a residential apartment development. The residential development consists of 33 private and 15 affordable two and three-bedroom flats. These are located within two five-storey blocks above the car park.

The majority of flats are located within a block which fronts onto and follows the curve of the river Wensum, and is fronted by a riverside walk at ground level.
