Castle House

Castle House was a 3 Storey concrete frame office building in High Wycombe town centre which was converted into 40 1 bed apartments A fourth floor was added to the roof using a lightweight steel frame structure withre-enforcement to the existing frame as required.

The layout was carefully planned to maximise the number of apartments and the quality of the space with in them.

Externally the staircase was rendered and all the fenestration was replaced enhancing the visual appearance and thermal performance of the of the apartment building
