Listed Country Property Extension

Extensive consultation with Historic environment involving multiple applications. High ground water made the construction complicated and required robust detailing.

The design concept was developed from the clients need for a great kitchen as a chef. The interior is light and airy due to the number of glazed crittall screens opening onto garden. The oak frame building is a contemporary dutch barn with large zinc dormers. The interior spaces are fabulous and there is an  interesting galleried staircase.
