This 35,000ft² development by concept Architects Faulkner Brown comprises open plan office space and meeting rooms over three storeys with a full height atrium and extensive landscaped grounds.

The scheme has been designed in consideration of environmental issues with features including attenuation ponds, swales and solar shading all contributing towards the developments ’Excellent’ BREEAM rating.

Chaplin Farrant were employed as construction and design coordination Architect’s for contractor ISG Jackson under a design and build contract.
