Birtwick Park

There were 2 main elements to this project, firstly changing the main house & stable block from a private house into residential accommodation for the Special Education Needs Teaching Centre, and secondly, the construction of a new single story learning centre to the rear of the site.

The house required the additional of 5 ensuite bathrooms while the stable block required a replacement wing to be built to match the style of the remainder of the block.

The new learning centre contains 4 teaching rooms, meeting and training areas, administration areas and a reception, which meet the requirements to Special Education Services.
