Food Retail Premises in a Listed Building in Central Winchester

This project is for a change of use of this Listed Building to become a pizza restaurant, use class E. The proposal includes a new kitchen, dining areas and office. It challenges the complexity of working with the existing building to allow service runs and ventilation the use requires. Extensive negotiation was undertaken whilst working with the Historic Environment team. The proposed alterations and reordering will make a positive contribution to the quality of facilities within the property without compromising or detracting from the character and appearance of the Listed building
