Chapelfield

The regeneration of Chapelfield in Norwich, the former Nestle site, is a comprehensive redevelopment to provide mixed retail and residential development. A mix of 140 new build residential units on three sites wrap around the external envelope of the Chapelfield retail centre. The retail area comprises of a gross internal floor space of 578,485 ft² and fronts onto Chapelfield Road, Chapelfield East and Chantry Road. Chapelfield gardens fronts onto the old city wall with three residential pods set against the back drop of a 5-storey residential building that is articulated 3 dimensionally and materially.
