Ancillary Accommodation Hampshire

The proposal is to construct a new barn in the curtilage of a large country House  which will primarily provide a small ancillary accommodation space for staff/guests or aged parent and home office. There will be a games room on the first floor for the children. There is a need in the short term for an accessible bedroom at ground floor. The landscaping will be developed to provide additional parking spaces. The barn will have 2 bays for agricultural plant and machinery in the undercroft.

The proposed design is in an agricultural style formed of braced oak framing with timber and glazed infills. It is proposed to clad the exterior in carbonated or black stained sawn horizontal feather edged boarding.
